Reports To: General Manager
Purpose: To achieve profit, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction goals by working with Managers to staff their departments, maximize employee engagement and enable "Hotels Brand Training"service and teamwork. 
Constituents:   Employees Guests Hotel Managers
Indicators of Success:   Achievement of Hotel financial goals (GOP) Employee satisfaction and retention Customer satisfaction and loyalty goals (Complaints per Thousand, Comment Cards, annual quality review) Achieve goals for candidate and Manager satisfaction Recruitment success (time to fill open positions, length of tenure, employee performance etc)
Areas of Responsibility:
